Karl Saidla’s Presentation: Walking, cycling, and taking the bus: smart choices for Chelsea. Can we make them EASY choices?
Karl Saidla lives in Chelsea. He and his family enjoy walking, cycling, and riding the bus to get places in Chelsea and beyond whenever it is possible.
Karl is a Ph.D. candidate with the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Ottawa. His research compares the long-term promotion of walking, cycling and public transit use in the cities of Helsinki, Finland and Ottawa.
Previously, he worked for five years as a health policy analyst with the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, where his favorite folder was the one marked “active transportation.”
Looking forward to seeing you at the AGM on April 25th!
