About 150 people showed up this year for the Winter Trail Celebration at Larrimac and along the tracks. The scavenger hunt was a huge success, getting many skiers out on the tracks. But more than that, it was a spectacular day, and everybody wanted to be outside! Up at the Larrimac Golf Course, XC Ottawa ran a technique sessions and Collines en Forme led their snowshoe challenge. Also at Larrimac, the Chelsea Nordiq Jackrabbits and Bunnies helped themselves to hot chocolate and yummy snacks, thanks to Les Fougeres. Up at the Chelsea Trails info booth, various prizes were raffled for new memberships and donations towards the grooming of the trail.
